What is the rental fee and what does it include?

What is the building capacity?

Capacity ranges from 200-300 depending on the areas chosen.

What dates are available? How far out do you book?

You can find our calendar here! We do not book more than 1.5 years out.

Is there a deposit?  When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

There is a $1000 deposit requirement to hold your date. This is nonrefundable if you cancel. Once your event takes place, this deposit becomes your cleaning and damage deposit. At that point, if there are no damage or cleaning issues at the event, you will be refunded the $1000. We require 25% of package price to be paid 30 days after contract signing date. An additional 50% is due at the “halfway mark” between the signing date and the event date. The remaining 25% is due 60 days prior to the event. Any other additional fees are due 30 days prior to the event. We do offer recurring billing if you are interested in splitting the payments into smaller increments!

How do I reserve a date? Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

An appointment is required to tour the venue. Book a tour here! If you are ready to say “I do” a contract will need to be completed via Docusign and a payment link will be sent to your email for the deposit. We also have you purchase the required event insurance ($175) at the time of signing.

Are tours available on weekends?

No. We only offer tours on weekdays due to events taking place on weekends! There are certain days during the week that evening appointments are available if needed.

What is the average budget of a couple getting married at lantana acres?

We offer many packages and options to customize to your needs and budget. We would be happy to speak with you about a realistic overall event budget depending on the package you are interested in! We are able to host both smaller and large events.

is it byob? Can I bring in liquor bottles for family & friends? Can alcoholic beverages be brought in as gifts?

No. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Lantana Acres due to TABC Mixed Beverage/Liquor License regulations. We have a large selection of mixed drinks, beer and wine. No outside alcohol can be brought onto the premises including the parking lot. Packages are available for beverages for the getting ready suites. Our bar is very customizable and allows cash, open, drink ticket and dollar limit structure options.

Are outside non-alcoholic drinks permitted?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in sealed non-alcoholic drinks. We do sell water and soda through our bar.

Is there a beverage or guest count minimum?

There is no minimum for guest count or the bar.

Do we have to utilize your security and bar services?

Yes, you do have to utilize our security and bar services. We are TABC licensed so no outside alcohol can come in and we hire the bartenders for you. Security guards must also be booked through Lantana Acres.

can i bring in outside vendors?

We do not handle food, so you are welcome to bring in your own caterer. The only vendors that are required to go through us are bartenders and security guards. You are responsible for making sure your vendors leave their area as they found it. No food or cake can be left on the premises.

Do you have a kitchen available?

No. We do not have a kitchen so all food must come ready to be served.

is smoking or vaping allowed?

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any part of the indoor or outdoor venue areas. There are designated smoking areas.

Will there be another event the same day?

No. When you book your date, it is yours alone.

Do you offer straight tables instead of round? 

The tables we have available for guest seating are 60” round only. We do offer 6 foot and 8 foot rectangular tables for gift table, cake table, etc. and these are included in all packages.

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc? 

Table linens can be rented through us, or you are welcome to bring in your own. We do not provide cups or silverware. The only cups provided are those served through the bar.

What happens in case of rain?

We have a plan B! If the forecast looks scary the week of your event, with at least 48 hours notice, our staff can move your event to our indoor area(s) at the rental party’s discretion.

Do you allow dogs or any other animals onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

No animals are allowed on the premises.

What form of payment does Lantana Acres accept?

Cash, Check, Bank Transfer, Credit Card with a 3.5% processing fee

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at the time stated on your contract (for our full day packages, the venue opens at 10AM, no earlier.) Please plan accordingly!

what time do we have to be out of the venue?

The time stated on your contract. For our full day packages, everyone must be out by midnight, no later. Please make sure your guests and vendors know that tear down must happen and everyone must be out by the time stated on your contract to avoid fines.

Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"

 While we do not include a coordinator, we do have staff present making sure everything on our end runs smoothly!

Can we have fireworks, sparklers, or cold sparklers on the property?

No fireworks, sparklers, or cold sparklers are allowed.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount? 

At least 2 weeks before is ideal. 

What is the event clean-up process?

All personal items must be removed. We ask that all trash is thrown in the trash bins. We will do the rest!

are glitter or confetti allowed?

Absolutely no glitter or confetti are allowed on the premises. This will result in a deduction to the cleaning and damage deposit.

Can we take photos around the venue on our wedding day?

Yes. Even if you are only renting the indoor areas, we allow a maximum of 1 hour of photos in the Courtyard.

do you rent the venue hourly for photo sessions?

No, we do not rent for outside photo sessions. In our Base, Deluxe and Platinum packages, free access for a session is included by appointment prior to the event. We keep photo sessions exclusive to our booked clients!

Can we nail decorations to the walls?

No nails, screws, etc. can be placed into the walls. All signs must be free standing.
